Trust and School Leaders Shortlisted at 2026 Yorkshire Leadership Awards

We’re absolutely delighted to share another fantastic achievement for our Trust, with a double shortlisting at the 2026 TheBusinessDesk.com Yorkshire Leadership Awards.

Lisa Reeder, our Trust CFO, has been shortlisted in the Finance Leader category and has been recognised for leading the Trust’s financial strategy with vision, integrity and innovation. Through her leadership of our Purpose Beyond Profit approach, she has guided the Trust into becoming one of the most solvent in the region, aligning financial success with educational excellence.

Mohammed Azum, Head of School at Carlton Bolling, has also been shortlisted in the Inclusion and Diversity Leader category. Carlton Bolling’s Everyone Belongs mantra is lived out daily in the school’s inclusive and supportive culture, which has recently been recognised nationally with the Secondary Provision of the Year award at the 2025 NASEN Awards.

Trust CEO Adrian Kneeshaw said he is incredibly proud of both Lisa and Azum, and that their leadership and dedication have clearly stood out to the judges.

This announcement comes after Adrian himself was named the inaugural Education Leader of the Year at last year’s Yorkshire Leadership Awards, adding to a growing list of successes across the Trust.

That’s great and all, and we commend you for pushing through with it. Unfortunately we no longer offer support for IE; it hasn’t received a major update since 2015 and Microsoft are dropping support for it later in the year.

If you’re using Windows 10 and want to stick with a built in browser, please consider switching to Edge. Or, if you really want to enjoy the internet properly we strongly recommend downloading Google Chrome here.
